Due to the size of our park, we can accommodate the requirements for just about any new plant site ranging from very small "footprints" to tracts that can well exceed 1,000 acres.

MidAmerica also has the internal financial strength to build and finance virtually any size facility for commercial or industrial use.

For companies on a fast-track development timetable, MidAmerica can be extremely attractive. There are no building inspection processes that must be approved prior to construction. A company can literally be under construction in a matter of days at MidAmerica where it takes six months or more in other locations. Multi-million dollar projects have started here days after closing. Simply put: the quicker the building can be built or retrofitted, the faster products can be shipped. Ultimately, these time-saving factors lead to a quicker cash flow stream or capitalizing on a competitive advantage.

MidAmerica also does not assess impact fees, sewer hook-up charges, water hook-up charges, building permit fees, storm drainage fees or building inspection fees. These requirements typically result in much higher engineering fees, too.
