Our 9,000-acre park is owned and operated by a
public trust with the sole mission of increasing area employment by bringing new businesses to the region and assisting existing businesses.

For companies on a fast-track development timetable, MidAmerica can be extremely attractive. There are no building inspection processes that must be approved prior to construction. A company can literally be under construction in a matter of days at MidAmerica where it takes six months or more in other locations.
