MidAmerica has launched four foreign language "mini-websites" to introduce the park to visitors in Japanese, German, French and Korean. The mini-websites contain nine primary webpages and direct the visitor back to MidAmerica�s main website.
The intent of these sites is to directly interest foreign companies to make reverse investments at MidAmerica. Already seven foreign companies own operations at MidAmerica. These include the Buzzi Unicem SPA, Italy; Elkem ASA, Norway; Norit NV; The Netherlands; Rexel /Nelson, France; Siemens AG, Germany; Schenker Logistics, Germany and Labinal, France Snecma Group, France; and Tyco International, Bermuda.
To view the narrative for the Japanese and Korean sites, a user must be sure that their operating system is setup properly to display the language. Specific language packs for Japanese and Korean are available for WindowsXP users from Microsoft via these links:
