MidAmerica Board of Trustees Meetings
Board meetings of the Trustees are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of every other month beginning in February. The Board will meet on the following schedule for calendar year 2008:

• February 26, 2008
• April 22, 2008
• June 24, 2008
• August 26, 2008
• October 28, 2008
• December 23, 2008

Meetings begin at 10:00AM and are typically held in the Boardroom of the MidAmerica Industrial Park Administrative Offices which are located three miles East of US69 on 69A between Pryor and Chouteau. As always, all interested parties are welcome to attend.

If the Board elects to meet at other times and/or locations, a revised schedule will be prominently posted in the park's Administrative Offices 24-hours in advance.

An official copy of this meeting schedule has been filed with the office of the Oklahoma Secretary of State to comply with H.B. 1416 of 1st Regular Session of the 36th Oklahoma Legislature (1977).
